Excellent Customer Service!
We set up an appointment to have our furnace checked out for the winter and central air winterized. We were questioning whether we would have room for a humidifier and they made a special trip out to check and see before the service man came out, to see if we could so that they would have the parts on hand at the service appointment. That is excellent customer service!
Heat went out on Sunday – I was their 2nd call. Tech showed up – slipped on his plastic booties over his boots! – nice touch! Diagnosed the problem to be a circuit board – WOW – still under warranty – but I still had to pay for labor and extra for Sunday rates! Turns out that they did not have my type of circuit board in stock. The only place that had it was an hour away and they made a special trip on Monday to get it! Diane called to let me know the part was in and I scheduled the time to install it I was not the happiest camper but Diane explained everything to me, calmed me down and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She told me what I needed to hear – not what I wanted to hear! I was so impressed I called Tom, her boss, to let him know she is what customer service was all about! I even had them service the furnace and a boiler I had. The tech explained how everything worked and walked us through everything he did. So now we are warm and happy, happy, happy! You have our highest recommendations!!!

Saved The Day
Had my furnace go out last winter which was really terrible because it was below zero at the time. Peck and Weis came to my aid with space heaters to get me through the night at no cost! It was late too… like after midnight. The next day a technician came out and cleaned out my coil and replaced an ignition part. Good as new! Saved the day and my toddler and infant at the time didn’t freeze on that cold cold night. Thanks a ton for stepping up and showing up promptly.
Brett arrived from Peck & Weis to fix a malfunctioning shower valve. He called us ahead of the scheduled time to ask if he could come early, which was great for us. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and when asked a question about our water softener upon preparing to leave he gave us an educational tour of the softener then ran a test to make sure it was working properly. He was very polite, friendly and professional. We have been customers since 2008 and have always had excellent service and intend to continue to use them.
The service this company provides is outstanding I needed a new furnace last winter, and in one day they replaced it and the employees were professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough, did not leave a mess. This weekend our air conditioner failed, and again the service man assessed the problem very quickly, replace the failed part and was done in less than a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and I was very happy with the level of service. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a heating/cooling company I will certainly give Peck and Weis a first class recommendation!
I have been a loyal customer of Peck & Weis since 1991. Darrell Peck & Roger Weis, (now retired) have been fabulous to know and work with over these many years. I would really like to PRAISE “Mark”. one of their Service Tech’s. His expertise and knowledge that imparts, is amazing. He has exclusively serviced my furnace and central air units, twice a year, since 1993. I would consider him to be a VERY valued employee. (Don’t ever let him retire!!)
