Peck & Weis Heating & Cooling, Inc. has been serving Southeast Wisconsin since 1985. Owners Daryl Peck and Roger Weis have between them more than 50 years of combined experience in the HVAC business. This expertise along with the dedication of their 32-person staff and a reputation for excellence has made Peck & Weis an industry success.

Peck & Weis listens to its customers' needs by asking them to complete a survey when equipment is serviced or installed. Then, that information is presented as part of monthly employee training programs to make sure the clients' needs are understood and met.

In addition to providing outstanding products and services for its clients, Peck & Weis serves its community by sponsoring various charity events, including annual golf tournaments for the Randall Area Youth Association Club, the Burlington High School Athletic Association and the Genoa City Recreation Program. Peck & Weis also is an active supporter of local community groups and programs, such as the Lakeland School for the developmentally disabled, SMILES (a horseback riding program fro disabled youths), the Volunteer Fire Departments of Lake Geneva and Delavan, the Walworth County Sheriffs Department's "Toys for Tots" program, the FM96.1 "Christmas Wish" program, Habitat for Humanity and the YMCA. The company has also been honored with 5 Medal of Excellence awards in the last 10 years and in 1990 was named "Dealer of the Year" (view our Awards page).
